A. Purpose.
When you create a EVADE account, you create a password-protected, personal account. With this account, you can store your personal information and you can store, organize and share your pictures. You can also use our services. To create an account, you will need to provide your name and e-mail address. You will also need to create a password. Good passwords contain letters and numbers and are not obvious. You can change your password at any time by logging into your personal Evade account and clicking on the 'change password' button. If you have forgotten your password, simply navigate to the 'My Accounts' page, enter in your email address and submit your request by clicking the button. B. Types.
We gather information from our customers that allow us to personalize and continually improve the total shopping experience at Here are the types of information we gather.

i. User Supplied Information.
In addition to your name, e-mail address and password, we will also receive and store any other information you enter on our Web site or give us in any other way. Examples of information that we may collect include: items and templates searched for; mailing address (to fulfill an order placed), buying and searching patterns, any reviews submitted and accompanying information, credit card information supplied, shipping information and any communications sent or provided to our Customer Support Department. You can share an electronic version of the scrapbooks you create. To do so, you will have to enter the e-mail address of the person with whom you wish to share. We will send an invitation to the person with whom you wish to share your scrapbook. They can view your scrapbook and can also order the scrapbook you created. However, we will not add the e-mail address of the person(s) to whom you wish to send an invitation to our mailing list, unless that person(s) signs up with us by creating a EVADE account and agreeing to this Policy.

ii. Right to refrain from giving information.
You have right to refrain from giving us certain information. However, if you do, you might not be able to take full advantage of all of our features. We use the information that you provide us to enhance the services we provide you, such as responding to your requests, customizing future shopping and design services for you, improving our products and website and communicating with you.

iii. Photographs.
Our website is designed so that you control who has access to and can view the photographs stored in your EVADE account. We will not make your pictures publicly accessible, except as otherwise noted in this policy, by your explicit action. However, if you post a link to the pictures saved in your account on another website or share your pictures with others and they post a link to your pictures or share the link with others, your pictures may be accessible to others and maybe even to the general public.
Please also know that in preparing your custom and hand-crafted Evade book, our employees, partners and third-party service providers will see your pictures.

iv. Cookies. When you access our site, information is received and stored by us. The most significant information is stored in the form of cookies, or small storage files, which transmit your electronic identity to our website or other websites you visit. Like most websites, we use cookies to be able to identify you as a return visitor to our site. We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us.

v. E-mail Communications:
We often communicate with our members via e-mail. By way of example, we may use e-mail to confirm your order; make special offers available to you; or to describe new features, products or other promotions. To help us make our e-mails more useful and interesting, we often receive a confirmation when you open an e-mail from, if your computer supports such capabilities. We also use e-mail to provide service announcements concerning important information about your account, our products and our services. Service announcements contain important, often vital, information. Members cannot unsubscribe to service announcements.

vi. Surveys and Contests.
Occasionally, we may request additional information from you via surveys or contests. Your participation in these surveys and contests is complete voluntary. If you choose to participate, we may collect the information you provide in your response, together with the information described above in the foregoing sections. This information is only used to improve our services, products and our website.

vii. Information from Other Sources:
From time to time, we receive information about you from other sources and add it to our account information.

viii. Storage Location.
We store the information you provide us on servers that are kept in a secure location. These servers are physically protected and are also protected with software designed to prevent unauthorized access. Our employees, agents and partners are given access to the information stored on these servers on a need-to-know basis.

C. More about Cookies

i. Description. Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer's hard drive through your web browser to enable our systems to recognize your browser and to provide enhanced features such as accelerated purchasing, customized and personalized shopping suggestions, personalized greetings and storage of items in your shopping bag between visits. There are certain types of information, such as passwords and credit cards numbers, which EVADE will NOT save on or in cookies.

ii. User Choices.
All Web browsers have the ability to accept cookies, reject cookies, or to prompt the user before accepting them. The "help" portion of the toolbar of your browser will tell you how to select the option that suits you best. However, disabling the acceptance of cookies will prevent you from taking full advantage of some of the best and most advanced features that we have to offer. We recommend that you accept cookies; in other words, leave them "turned on."

iii. Other Technologies.
We may use other technologies, i.e. clear .gifs, pixel tags, and/or scanning navigational data to collect anonymous information about you. We do this so that we may provide better services and better products. Examples of this anonymous information may include the web site you visited before visiting, various IP addresses or the areas of our site that you clicked on most frequently. We might also use information collected from our site, together with information you provided to us, so that we may personally customize our products and service for you. iv. Our Partners.
Even though we make great efforts to create great products and provide great services, sometimes we need the help of our third-party partners. In order to provide you with the services, information and products that you request, we will share personal information with our carefully screened third-party partners. Examples of our partners include credit card authorization companies, merchandise distributors, photo labs and shippers. Our partners do not store, retain or access the information you have provide to us except to deliver our services to you.
We might also share very general information about our customers as a group with business partners, sponsors and other third parties. For example, we might provide a geographic or age group break-down of our customers to our partners.

v. Affirmative Consent to Receive E-mails.
As explained above, by agreeing to this Policy, you expressly consent to receive e-mail messages from us. By creating an account, you are responding to EVADE's clear and conspicuous request for your consent to receive e-mail messages from us.


A. General.
The information that we collect about our customers is critical to our business. We respect and value this information, and do not want to jeopardize the flow of information between our customers and the site. Therefore, we are not in the business of selling this information to other Web sites or businesses. There are very limited circumstances where we do share some customer information. Such circumstances are outlined in this Policy. We share customer information only as provided herein and with the subsidiaries of, which are also subject to this Policy or follow practices at least as protective as those described in this Policy.

i. Third Party Partners.
There will be some transactions that involve our third party Partners. We must share customer information with our Partners to fulfill your orders. iv. With Your Consent.

A. Software Used.
We use cutting-edge software to protect the information you provide to us. This software includes Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. This software protects your information while it is transmitted over the Internet.

B. Order Confirmation.
We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. To process an order, it is necessary to transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company.

C. Signing off.
To prevent unauthorized access to sensitive information, it is important for you to monitor those who have access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.

When you access your account, there is a variety of information that you will see. This is designed to allow you to update any changed information and view the information that you entered previously. This information is sensitive. However, in order to have the best experience at our site, it is necessary to both protect this information and keep it current. We do not sell products for purchase by children. We do sell children's products and products with children's photographs, but all of our products are only available for purchase by adults. If you are under 18, please do not register with us or use without the involvement of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect children's information.
